Shopify Plus – Help Needed with Product Merge & Shared Inventory

Here’s my current setup: Each color of a denim style has its own product page (e.g., separate pages for black, red, blue, etc.). On each of these pages, we’ve hardcoded buttons to show the other colors as options. However, since these are not combined as variants in Shopify, my bundle app does not recognize them as connected products, so it can’t offer bundle options across colors. When i tried to assign the same SKU to these items across the product pages, Shopify does not sync the inventory. It treats each SKU on different pages as separate. What I’m trying to do: Keep each color as its own product page. On each page, also be able to display and bundle the other color options. Have Shopify track inventory correctly across all color pages (e.g., SKU "D001" with 10 units should deduct from the same pool no matter what color page it’s bought from). Enable my bundle app to allow customers to bundle multiple colors together right from the product page. If you know how to structure this or can implement a solution that keeps the individual pages, shares inventory across them, and allows bundling, please reach out.
