Position Overview: We’re looking for a visionary Creative Strategist who lives at the intersection of storytelling, systems, and strategy. In this role, you’ll lead the creative direction for client brands—from website optimization and funnel flow to campaign vision and social strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with our internal team to conceptualize and execute strategies that convert while staying true to our clients brand & vision. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative strategies for client brands, aligning with their goals, voice, and target audience Audit and optimize existing websites, sales funnels, and digital customer journeys Oversee visual brand direction and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials Design content strategies including lead magnets, email flows, and campaign calendars Craft intentional social media strategies to support visibility and engagement goals Work collaboratively with clients to conceptualize launches, new offerings, and seasonal campaigns Offer creative direction to designers, copywriters, and tech implementers Utilize and integrate platforms such as Go High Level, ManyChat, Shopify, Squarespace, Airtable, ClickUp, Notion, and others as part of strategy execution Stay current on wellness industry trends and creative marketing best practices You’re a Great Fit If You: Are deeply passionate about supporting women-owned businesses in the wellness space Think both creatively and strategically, and love marrying vision with execution Have experience developing and implementing brand-aligned content and marketing campaigns Are a clear communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, remote team Have an eye for aesthetics and a mind for systems Are highly organized and proactive with project timelines and deliverables
