Our outdoor inspired apparel brand is struggling significantly to scale new product lines in Meta Ads due to severe pixel bias toward one historically successful product (well over 1000 sales). This isn't your typical "help us with Meta ads" request. Here's our situation: We've got one wildly successful shirt design (2000+ sales, well over 99% of our tracked revenue) that's essentially hijacked our Meta pixel. While that's great for immediate revenue, it's created a serious problem: Meta now thinks our entire brand is meant for the 60+ demographic, when we actually serve a much different outdoor community - younger adventurers. Despite every strategy imaginable—split pixels/accounts, detailed audience stacking, Advantage+ variations—we’re trapped by past purchase patterns, limiting growth and effectiveness. Essentially, Meta only wants to sell to this audience (over 60), which is not the ideal one. Implementation of multiple accounts, pixels, product sets, and partial 'winning product vs. all other products' hasn't yielded anything productive.
