We are a fast-growing U.S.-Based beauty & wellness brand looking for a world-class Creative Director based in Argentina to join us remotely. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who thrives in creative leadership, can translate brand vision into powerful design, and loves working with mission-driven e-commerce companies. What You’ll Do:     •    Lead the development of brand visuals and storytelling across platforms (Amazon, DTC website, social media, email, etc.)     •    Own the creative process from concept to execution — no hand-holding needed     •    Collaborate with marketing, packaging, and product teams     •    Oversee external designers, photographers, and content creators     •    Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging What We’re Looking For:     •    3–5+ years as a Creative Director, Brand Director, or similar     •    Experience with U.S.-Based brands, especially DTC or e-commerce     •    Strong leadership and communication skills     •    Portfolio that shows strategic thinking + stunning creative work     •    Fluent in English — verbal and written     •    Comfortable with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, Trello, and Slack Nice to Have:     •    Experience in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industries     •    Knowledge of branding for Amazon and Shopify     •    Ability to contribute to content and product marketing strategy Compensation:     •    Starting at $25–$40 USD/hour, depending on experience     •    Long-term role with potential for monthly retainer     •    Flexible hours with some U.S. time zone overlap preferredCategory: Design & MultimediaSubcategory: OtherProject size: LargeIs this a project or a position?: ProjectRequired availability: As needed
