We’re building a qualitative research platform and we need someone who can help refine the instructions we give to our AI (LLM) to make different modules work better — like turning transcript queries into natural interviews, generating summaries that actually feel useful, and simulating realistic customer personas. We’re not looking for generic prompt templates — we want someone who’s curious, iterative, and thoughtful about how language shapes behavior. You’ll work directly with our founder to improve and test prompts across different product features. Ideal if you: - Have experience designing prompts for ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs - Get excited about human-AI collaboration, research tools, and real-world applications - Like rolling up your sleeves and trying different phrasing, instructions, and logic flows to improve the UX Flexible hours.
