I am looking for an experienced Python and AI developer to build a lightweight tool that does the following: 1. Accepts a PDF file as input 2. Extracts the text from the document 3. Uses a Large Language Model (like OpenAI GPT or Hugging Face) to: - Generate a concise summary (1–2 paragraphs) - Extract 5–10 key topics or keywords Tech Stack (suggested): - Python - PyMuPDF or pdfminer for text extraction - OpenAI API or Hugging Face Transformers - FastAPI or Flask (optional, for web API) Deliverables: - A Python script or small web API that: * Accepts PDF uploads * Outputs summary + keywords in JSON format - Clean, documented code - (Optional) Simple HTML upload page or Postman-ready endpoint Timeline: This should take around 2–3 hours for an experienced developer.
