Job Overview We’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy, structured, and proactive AI & Automation Specialist to streamline operations and supercharge productivity across our digital businesses. At Caspero, we operate multiple ventures in digital marketing, technology, and recruitment across Europe, the US, and Australia. As we continue to scale, we're seeking someone who excels at connecting tools, building automations, and implementing AI-powered solutions to improve systems and workflows. Key Responsibilities Build and manage automations and integrations across tools such as Slack, Notion, Airtable, Gmail, Typeform, Make.com, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Clay.io, and more. Manage and optimize AI tools and workflows that support marketing, sales, and operations. Implement no-code/low-code solutions to streamline internal processes. Develop smart bots, dashboards, and systems to enhance team collaboration and efficiency. Lead onboarding of new tools and systems with clear documentation and execution. Participate in virtual team meetings, communicate via Slack/email, and manage tasks through structured platforms. Requirements Must be based in the Philippines Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proven experience with tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat), ChatGPT, Airtable, ClickUp, and Slack Strong understanding of API logic, integrations, and automation workflows Fast learner with the ability to test, document, and troubleshoot autonomously Bonus: Background in marketing agencies, CRMs, or analytics Bonus: Experience building AI agents or autonomous workflows using OpenAI, AutoGPT, or similar platforms What We Offer Part-time role (15–20 hrs/week) with growth potential to full-time 100% remote work with flexible hours Access to premium tools (ChatGPT Pro, Make.com, and more) Work alongside founders and international creative teams Opportunity to shape scalable systems that drive real operational impact About Caspero Caspero is a group of digital companies focused on growth, marketing, and recruitment.
