We are seeking an experienced Wix.com Specialist to conduct a comprehensive audit of an existing e-commerce website built on the Wix platform. This role requires a keen eye for user experience, conversion optimization, and backend functionality. You will be responsible for identifying areas of improvement and recommending strategic enhancements to increase sales performance and streamline site operations. Responsibilities: Perform a full audit of the current Wix website, including homepage design, navigation, product pages, checkout experience, and mobile responsiveness. Evaluate the overall user experience (UX) and provide feedback on ways to improve customer journeys. Review current backend setup—including automations, forms, email integration, and ecommerce settings—with a focus on improving conversion rates. Provide a clear, actionable report outlining high-impact recommendations for enhancing both front-end and backend performance. Identify opportunities to better leverage native Wix features (e.g., analytics, CRM tools, abandoned cart recovery, SEO settings). Offer guidance on how to align backend systems with marketing and sales goals. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience working with Wix.com websites (preferably ecommerce). Strong knowledge of website UX principles, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital sales funnels. Familiarity with integrating email marketing tools and automation via Wix. Ability to provide both strategic and technical insights. Excellent communication and reporting skills. Bonus Points If You Have: Experience with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms connected to Wix. Understanding of traffic tracking, heat mapping tools, and ecommerce analytics. Proven track record of improving site conversion for product-based businesses.
