We’re looking for a full-service video editor and graphic designer to help us level up our YouTube channel focused on entrepreneurship, sales, and business strategy. Our format is 10–15 minute talking head videos filmed on a clean background or greenscreen, and we want someone who can make them visually pop while keeping the viewer engaged from start to finish. If you’ve edited content like Graham Stephan, Andrei Jikh, Ali Abdaal, or Iman Gadzhi—you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Be Responsible For: ✅ Editing 10–15 min talking head videos with engaging pacing ✅ Sourcing royalty-free or licensed B-roll to support storytelling ✅ Adding on-screen graphics, lower thirds, charts, and motion text ✅ Light sound balancing and color correction ✅ Creating scroll-stopping thumbnails for each video ✅ Adding intro/outro clips, branded elements, and transitions ✅ Collaborating on creative ideas to improve retention and hook rate Must-Have Experience: Proven portfolio with YouTube talking head videos (10+ mins) Strong eye for design, pacing, and visual storytelling Ability to source and implement B-roll that matches the script Experience with thumbnails that get clicked Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve Bonus if you use After Effects or have basic animation skills Fluent in English with good communication and feedback responsiveness Access to stock footage and design tools (Envato, Artlist, etc. a plus) What We’ll Provide: Raw footage in 4K (well-lit, high audio quality) Script + talking points Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, examples) Sample references and previous videos Clear feedback and consistent communication Frequency & Budget: 1 video per week to start Looking for a long-term working relationship Rate per video depending on experience and quality How to Apply: Please apply with: A short intro (just a few lines) Links to at least 3 YouTube-style talking head videos you’ve edited A few of your best thumbnail designs Your estimated turnaround time per video Your rate per edited video (including thumbnail + graphics)
