Thumbnail Artist needed for Simple Tutorial Thumbnails

I am looking for someone who can create simple thumbnails for my tutorial videos. - 90% of your work will be customising templates and you will not have to create thumbnails from scratch BUT the thumbnails need to be high quality and you need to know how Photoshop works. We are looking for thumbnails like these: https://www.youtube.com/@GuideRealmVideos/videos https://www.youtube.com/@WilDroid1/videos https://www.youtube.com/@TecnoSolucionesOficial/videos you will only need max 5 - 10 minutes per thumbnail and we need at least 200 - 300 of them per month (we pay $0.5 per thumbnail)
