I’ve already built: A fully functional website: www.teachersdungeon.com A content-rich blog: teachersdungeon.com/blog A list of 50+ email subscribers who have created free accounts What I’m Looking For: A creative and driven marketing specialist who can create and implement strategies to drive website traffic, account sign-ups, and user engagement, with compensation based on performance (e.g., leads generated, conversions, or paid signups). Ideal Skills & Experience: Proven success in performance or affiliate marketing Experience with email marketing, funnel creation, and list segmentation Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media advertising Ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns for better results Bonus: Experience marketing edtech, e-learning, or educational games Responsibilities: Develop a clear marketing funnel using the current blog, email list, and web assets Improve conversion rates for free trials and paid users Build email campaigns and nurture sequences to increase retention Suggest or run paid ad campaigns if cost-effective Track results and report on ROI Compensation: This is a results-based project.
