Description: We’re looking for a reliable, creative, and detail-oriented social media content creator to help us manage and grow the online presence of the T3 Tumbling League — a first-of-its-kind competitive tumbling battle league. We host elite tumbling battles across the U.S., and we need help keeping the energy and visibility going between events through weekly content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. If you’re organized, love culture, and know how to keep a sports-based community engaged — this is for you. ⸻ Your Role Will Include: • Editing short-form video content from tumbling battle footage (Reels, TikToks) • Writing and scheduling posts and announcements (including photo-based posts, battle cards, sponsor shoutouts) • Managing Instagram Stories — posting countdowns, tags, polls, athlete recaps, and event teasers • Posting engagement content like tumbling quizzes, Q&A polls, culture-driven questions, and interactive posts that speak to the tumbling community • Reposting standout community moments (athletes, trends, etc.) • Helping maintain weekly consistency using a light content calendar (we’ll guide the strategy) ⸻ Ideal Candidate: • Coachable and cooperative. Can learn our brand’s style, feel, and how our world works to get the best results. •. Comfortable creating both video and static/image content • Understands Instagram & TikTok culture — what keeps people watching and interacting • Has a feel for community-building and interactive content (quizzes, polls, shoutouts, etc.) • Can write strong, short-form captions with energy and personality • Experience in competitive sports, fitness, dance, or cheer is a plus • Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive to feedback To Apply: Please send: • 2–3 samples of content you’ve created (video or static, any platform) • A short message explaining why you’d be a good fit for T3 and this role
