Job Title: Social Media Manager (Commercial Real Estate) Location: Remote in the US or San Diego-based (Preferred) About Us: We’re a growing commercial real estate investment brand with a strong presence across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms. Our focus is building communities, educating investors, and generating leads for buyers and sellers (investors), but also potential recruits (real estate agents), through content. We also host events, run a Skool community, and operate a fast-growing real estate brokerage and education brand. Position Overview: We're looking for a sharp, proactive Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our social media strategy and execution. You’ll manage all our platforms- Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn and work to drive traffic to our YouTube channel and Skool communities. This role combines content strategy, creation, posting, and calendar management. You must understand commercial real estate, our brand tone, and how to engage both new followers and our existing community to generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn * Stay ahead of platform trends and shifts in content formats, adapting strategy to maximize engagement and reach * Write captions, design visuals, and schedule/post content * Repurpose content from YouTube, podcast episodes, and our events for social channels * Grow and engage our following by nurturing existing audience relationships while attracting new leads * Drive traffic to our YouTube channel and Skool communities * Track performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve results * Collaborate with our team on campaign launches, event promotions, and lead generation initiatives You Might Be a Fit If You: * Have 3+ years experience managing social media for a brand (real estate or financial niche is a big plus) * Understand the nuances of brand voice, tone, and audience targeting * Have a knack for turning long-form content into bite-sized, engaging posts * Are organized, reliable, and proactive with managing timelines and calendars * Know how to use trends and storytelling to drive conversions, not just likes * Are familiar with commercial real estate concepts or have a strong desire to learn the niche quickly Nice to Have: * Experience with Skool communities or YouTube growth strategy * Background in real estate marketing, financial content, or lead generation campaigns * Basic video editing or reel creation skills How to Apply: Send us your resume, a quick note on why you’re a great fit, and links to 2-3 social media accounts you've managed with analytics.
