We’re looking for a Google Ads expert to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing 10–20 accounts for local service businesses, primarily in the home services space (HVAC, solar, roofing, etc.). Your work will focus on generating high-quality leads through effective campaign setup, management, and ongoing optimization. You’ll collaborate closely with our strategist and team members to drive results, provide regular insights, and ensure performance is aligned with client goals. What You’ll Do: Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for local service businesses Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead Collaborate with team members and strategists to align efforts Provide weekly reports on performance, tasks completed, and key insights What We’re Looking For: Proven track record of success running lead generation campaigns Experience working with local service businesses Strong communicator and team player Ability to manage both strategy and implementation Detail-oriented with strong reporting and follow-through skills Additional Notes: No agencies – individual applicants only Any applications generated with ChatGPT or similar tools will be automatically rejected Starts at 20 hours per week, with potential to move into a full-time role We’re seeking someone who takes the time to understand the role and apply thoughtfully
