We’re building a scalable UK-based Rank & Rent business targeting local service niches. We create multiple WordPress websites each month, specifically designed and optimized for local SEO, to generate inbound leads (phone calls and form enquiries). These leads are then rented or sold to local tradespeople and service businesses. We require an experienced, detail-oriented WordPress developer and local SEO expert who can independently deliver high-quality, conversion-focused websites according to our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role requires minimal supervision, exceptional attention to detail, and strong English communication skills. Project Details and Scope: Each site will include the following exact structure: Core Pages (6 total): Homepage: Conversion-optimized, clear CTA, mobile-first design, local keywords Services Page: Detailed, informative, SEO-friendly content outlining the core service About Page: Trust-building content about the "business", clear, concise Contact Page: WPForms integration, call tracking number, embedded Google Map, business hours 3 Location Pages: Targeted SEO content for specific nearby locations (always the same locations) Key Components Required: Domain setup & hosting configuration (Cloudways, SSL, DNS management) WordPress installation (Elementor Pro, Astra Theme) Essential plugins setup (RankMath SEO, WPForms, WP Rocket, Site Kit by Google, security plugins) Local SEO optimization (GBP setup, local directories: Yell, FreeIndex) Performance optimization (90+ scores on Google PageSpeed Insights and GTMetrix) Call tracking integration (CallRail or NumberBarn) GA4 analytics integration and Google Search Console setup Facebook Business Page setup Mobile responsiveness and comprehensive QA testing Final proofreading and content optimization (AI-generated content will be provided) Skills & Experience Required: Strong proficiency in WordPress (Elementor Pro & Astra theme essential) Expertise in technical and local SEO, specifically for UK market Proven experience integrating call tracking systems Familiarity with GA4, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile Exceptional attention to detail, able to identify and rectify minor issues independently Excellent written English skills for proofreading and optimizing AI-generated content Strong reliability and time management skills Process & Expectations: Each website must be delivered fully operational and optimized within 7–10 days Progress updates managed via Trello or similar task management software Clear documentation of each task completion and site deliverables Regular check-ins to communicate progress clearly and concisely Strict adherence to provided SOPs for consistency and scalability Final payment released after successful completion and detailed QA checks Screening Questions: Can you share your direct experience with building and ranking UK-based local lead generation websites?
