We are a fast-growing health insurance agency looking for an experienced YouTube Shorts expert to help us test, optimize, and scale short-form video content to generate qualified leads. You will work closely with our marketing team to: Scope of Work: Create, edit, or repurpose short-form videos (15-60 seconds) focused on health insurance offers Test multiple hooks, CTAs, and styles (educational, testimonial, problem-solution, etc.) Launch and manage YouTube Shorts campaigns (organic and/or paid) Track and analyze performance metrics (views, clicks, lead submissions, CPC, CPL) Optimize videos and creative strategies based on results Provide weekly performance updates and recommendations Ideal Candidate: Proven experience running or testing YouTube Shorts (or TikTok/Reels) for lead gen Strong understanding of short-form video psychology, hooks, and retention tactics Experience with health, insurance, or regulated verticals is a big plus Ability to edit videos quickly using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar Comfortable using Google Ads or YouTube backend (bonus) Analytical mindset; able to test and iterate rapidly Deliverables: At least 3-5 Shorts per week (you may repurpose content with our input) Bi-weekly strategy reviews and adjustments Clear performance reporting and data-backed suggestions To Apply: Please include: Links to relevant Shorts or similar work A brief overview of your experience with lead generation and YouTube Shorts Your suggested process for running an initial test campaign Your rate and availability We’re looking to begin testing within the next 7 days.
