Apartment Video + Photo Walkthroughs in Houston – No Editing Needed! Perfect for content creators with an iPhone and a car – quick, easy gig with flexible hours. Hi there! I’m a licensed realtor/apartment locator based in Austin, and I’m looking for a dependable person in Houston to help me gather video and photo content of specific apartment units and amenities. What You’ll Do: • Visit designated apartment communities in Houston (locations provided by me) • Film a vertical video walkthrough of the unit (1-2 minutes) • Capture quick 3-second clips of each room • Take horizontal photos of the unit + amenities (pool, gym, etc.) • Upload footage to Dropbox and note the floorplan name you toured Each shoot should take no more than 30 minutes. No editing required – I’ll handle that myself. I just need clean, steady footage and solid shots. Requirements: • iPhone 15 or newer (must be able to shoot high-quality video) • Reliable transportation • Based in Houston (or able to drive there regularly) • Able to follow simple instructions and deliver clean footage This is a great side gig for creators, students, or anyone who enjoys working independently.
