Virtual Assistant Needed for Creative Services Business Seeking an experienced virtual assistant to manage inbox, schedule, and project management system. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 with advanced PowerPoint skills and Google Docs experience. Key responsibilities include email management, calendar coordination, project tracking, and handling large file transfers between clients and vendors. Strong writing skills required - must be able to adapt tone for different audiences (formal, casual, creative).
