Automate Custom PC Build Order Generation using WordPress

Current workflow: 1. Customer submits custom PC build request form via our website, including information like budget range, expected use case, and specific desired parts. 2. Sales representative accesses form submission via WordPress Elementor plugin panel, then manually navigates to WooCommerce plugin panel to reference product catalog and create WooCommerce order. 3. Representative creates invoice using order and sends to customer email for confirmation. We would like each step of this process automated such that upon initial form submission, a custom WordPress panel is populated with a suggested build by reference to our part catalog and user requirements. Then, our sales representative can confirm, reject, or modify the suggested build before clicking a button which creates the WooCommerce order and sends the customer their invoice. We expect that you will need to run your own backend for interfacing with our WordPress functionality and generating the custom build inline with user requirements, and expect to pay an ongoing maintenance and continuity fee. All offers will be entertained, and we do not have an expected timeline or commitment level. This is an open-ended project aimed at saving our sales representatives time they would need to spend manually referencing parts and constructing builds, many of which wind up very similar.
