Local Dallas Area Assistant for various virtual and local tasks

Our company is looking for an individual in the Dallas area - preferably east Dallas (Garland, Plano, Rowlett, Wylie, Rockwall) to help us manage a rental property. The ideal person has a flexible schedule, can serve as a co-host to answer Airbnb messages from guests, can help in case of emergencies in person, and help coordinating with the cleaning crew as guests change. We dont atecipate more than 5 hours/week of work.
