Luvit backend directory issues

I'm a backend newb. I have a Digital Ocean droplet with a Luvit installation, weird path issues I can't solve. I suspect they are very easy to solve problems. I'm looking for someone to either screen chare or ssh into the droplet themselves and help figure out what is going on. Basically there are several files which are identifiably in the places they are supposed to be, but which cannot be found be another script looking for them. I'm terrible with terminal stuff, and just want to get these peice in palce so I can continue working on a game. Thanks!
