Description: We're looking for a skilled and creative video editor with podcast and social media experience to help us repurpose our weekly podcast, Business by the Numbers: https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/business-by-the-numbers/id1611355257https://podcasts.apple.com/us/podcast/business-by-the-numbers/id1611355257 The contractor would repurpose our podcast content into engaging YouTube Shorts and other promotional assets to grow subscribers and engagement. Responsibilities: * Edit full podcast video recordings into short, engaging YouTube Shorts (30–60 seconds each) following best practices for podcast content and short-form video engagement. * Select compelling clips that hook viewers quickly and retain attention. * Add captions, motion graphics, and relevant branding elements to make content visually engaging. * Create click-worthy thumbnails that drive views and align with YouTube best practices. * Generate transcripts for each episode (AI-generated + light editing is acceptable). * Generate show notes and send to our podcast partner for publishing. * Collaborate with our team to ensure the messaging is aligned with our brand and goals.
