Sunset Ridge Group is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Marketing Specialist with experience preferably in: email marketing, Google Ads, SMS campaigns, paid social media (LinkedIn, Meta, X), and CRM automation workflows. It is acceptable if your experience is limited to a few. This role is client-facing, so professionalism, excellent communication, and the ability to clearly present data and marketing performance are essential. You’ll collaborate with our internal team and external clients to build and manage campaigns that drive results. This position will begin with 20-40 hours of work per month, primarily focused on executing campaigns and aligning with our internal systems and clients. As we continue to grow, there is strong potential for this role to scale into a significantly larger, ongoing opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Plan, build, and execute marketing campaigns via: email, Google Ads, SMS, paid social media (LinkedIn, Meta, X) Manage and optimize CRM workflows Launch and report on paid marketing campaigns Analyze performance and deliver clear, professional presentations to clients Stay highly organized, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines Use Google Workspace to document and coordinate campaign tasks Record Loom videos to explain strategy, reporting, or deliverables when needed Requirements: Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and stay organized across multiple campaigns Excellent communication and professional presence for client meetings Proficiency with email/SMS tools, CRMs, and paid ad platforms Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Comfortable creating async Loom recordings for team/client updates Nice to Have: Experience with Slack Copywriting or ad messaging experience Knowledge of A/B testing, audience segmentation, or retargeting strategies If you're a proactive marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident presenting to clients, we’d love to hear from you.
