We're a high-volume digital marketing agency looking for an experienced experienced and detail-oriented Website Design Project Manager to oversee and manage the design and development of a client's site redesign. This role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure client satisfaction while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of a website redesign project from initiation to launch. Develop detailed project timelines, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Coordinate with design, development, and content teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication. *Client Communication* Lead client discovery/onboarding call. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring they are updated regularly on project progress. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain strong relationships with clients and manage expectations effectively. Serve as the intermediary between the client and website developer. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the timely delivery of projects. Monitor project progress and resolve any roadblocks or delays promptly. Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control throughout the design and development phases to ensure that final deliverables meet client expectations and project specifications. Review and approve design and development milestones before moving to the next phase. Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks to the project timeline and budget and implement mitigation strategies. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain thorough project documentation including timelines, meeting notes, deliverables, and client approvals. Provide regular status reports to the client and internal teams. Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in project management, ideally in website design and development projects. Strong understanding of WordPress, web design processes, and development workflows. Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with the ability to spot issues early and resolve them. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team. This particular project will last between four-five weeks and involve approximately three hours/week. It will likely begin between March 20-22. Upon successful completion, this could EASILY turn into additional work opportunities, especially if you have familiarity with search engine marketing and social media advertising.
