Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development professional to assist with outreach to ASAM Level I Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment facilities in Colorado, specifically in the Denver and Aurora areas. Our goal is to identify licensed providers open to a potential acquisition or merger. Responsibilities: Research and compile a list of ASAM Level I facilities licensed by the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration (BHA). Initiate contact with appropriate decision-makers at these organizations via phone and email. Clearly communicate our interest in exploring acquisition opportunities in a professional and persuasive manner. Conduct follow-up communications and maintain a tracker of responses. Coordinate scheduling for exploratory calls with our leadership team. Provide weekly updates and a summary of outreach progress. Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or mergers and acquisitions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional phone and email etiquette. Comfortable initiating contact and building rapport with clinical and executive staff. Familiarity with behavioral health licensing and Medicaid billing a plus. Experience in healthcare or treatment center M&A preferred. Project Scope: This is a short-term contract with potential for extension based on performance and results. The position is fully remote.
