Hi there! I’m looking for an experienced Zapier pro to help troubleshoot and optimize an existing Flodesk–ClickUp integration. Right now, I use Flodesk to manage my email list and ClickUp as a lightweight CRM. I have a Zap in place that’s supposed to send new subscribers from Flodesk to ClickUp, but the setup isn’t working correctly. Most critically, it’s not capturing which segment or form the subscriber came from. The Zap was created by someone else, but they didn’t have the time or expertise to fully configure it. I need someone to jump in, assess the current setup, and fix the issues quickly. Scope of Work: Diagnose and resolve why Flodesk segment data is not transferring to ClickUp Audit and optimize the existing Zap (may need to be rebuilt or extended with multi-step logic) Ensure proper mapping of key fields: name, email, segment, tags, etc. Recommend and implement improvements to ClickUp to better support CRM use (custom fields, automation, etc.) Document any changes made for future reference If this project goes well, I may have additional needs as I continue to build out ClickUp’s functionality as a CRM. Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience integrating Flodesk, Zapier, and ClickUp Strong understanding of Zapier’s advanced features (multi-step, filters, formatters, etc.) Familiarity with email marketing tools and CRM workflows Detail-oriented and fast at troubleshooting Strong communicator who can explain solutions clearly Project Type: One-time project (with potential for follow-up work) Timeline: Ideally completed within the next 3–5 days Hours Needed: Estimated 2–5 hours to start To Apply: Please share: A short description of similar Zapier integrations you’ve done (especially involving Flodesk or ClickUp) Your availability this week Your estimated timeline and hourly rate Looking forward to working with someone who can help streamline this system and set me up for long-term success!
