Overview: We’re looking for a scrappy, resourceful growth partner to help us scale installs, drive sales, and generate customer love for our Shopify app. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage environments and is motivated by direct results and upside. What You’ll Do: Develop and execute strategies to increase app installs and subscriptions Drive outreach, partnerships, and awareness within the Shopify ecosystem Set up and optimize campaigns (App Store ads, social, etc.) Build and manage content that supports conversion (emails, landing pages, etc.) Coordinate with internal team for testimonials, help docs, and reviews Track, report, and iterate on performance weekly Compensation Structure: $1,500/mo retainer $100 per app install $250 for 5 sold items per store $500 for every positive review 100 reviews = $50,000 Ideal Candidate: Experienced in performance marketing, affiliate, or B2B SaaS growth Knows the Shopify App Store ecosystem (or quick to learn) Self-starter with a “build and test fast” mindset Comfortable with performance-driven contracts Strong communicator and collaborative Nice to Have: Shopify merchant or agency network Content marketing or copywriting experience Past experience scaling an early-stage app
