We’re integrating our sales, marketing, CRM, LMS, and other operational tools into GHL, and need an experienced professional to ensure everything is built for long-term success—from the very first click to ongoing engagement and results tracking. Key Responsibilities Data Migration & CRM Integration: Transfer data from AirTable and other platforms into GHL, ensuring we have a centralized "single source of truth." Marketing Automation: Migrate existing ActiveCampaign campaigns into GHL and build new email nurture sequences using provided content. Must ensure tagging, lead scoring, tracking, and funnel logic are fully functional. Sales Funnel Setup: Build and optimize sales funnels with appropriate stages (pre-determined), ensuring seamless integration between marketing, lead capture, and enrollment processes. GHL Expertise: Confidently navigate merchant account system, calendars, booking tools, and contract features. Process & Progress Tracking: Implement and optimize tools in GHL to track student journeys, progress, engagement, and post-graduation outcomes. Contract Migration: Migrate existing contracts to GHL, including e-signature workflows if necessary. Operational Support: Support or advise on workflow automation, team coordination tools, and potentially broader process management solutions. Who You Are Highly proficient in GoHighLevel with hands-on experience in CRM data migration, marketing automations, and funnel development US-based, ideally on EST or able to respond quickly to email Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and solution-focused Clear communicator, collaborative in nature, and respectful of our spiritually-rooted mission Experience working with educational institutions or spiritually-aligned businesses is a plus Our Environment We are a mission-driven team passionate about transformation, healing, and education.
