Outcome Based Lead Nurturing Plan for Event Production Agency We are looking for an experienced marketing strategist to help us form Phase 1 of a detailed Lead Nurturing plan to take greater advantage of our pipeline. We will need someone to take the time to understand where our lead nurturing strategy is currently at via calls with our COO, VP of Marketing and marketing team, and then to address the questions below. Below are the overall details of Phase 1 of this project. Phase 1: Strategy & Foundation Purpose: To establish a clear strategic direction and the foundational elements necessary for a successful lead nurturing program. This phase ensures everyone understands the target audience, goals, and the basic infrastructure. - Review target audience(s) to deeply understand our buyers. - Review current lead nurture strategy and related results. - Map the customer journey and identify key touchpoints for nurturing across all relevant channels. - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure lead nurturing success. - Define content pillars and initial content ideas aligned with the buyer's journey. - Review and ensure that the current tech stack is sufficient for the strategy and describe/map out the intended workflow. -Make recommendations for changes or add ons if required. Advise us on best practices and next steps for the most successful campaigns. -Create a lead nurturing strategy explaining desired outcomes and approach.
