You'll contact qualified, pre-provided leads via phone (with follow-up emails) to briefly present our unique value proposition, qualify leads, and set appointments. Your goal is to schedule qualified meetings, ensuring leads meet basic qualification criteria before setting appointments. *Closing sales, with or without Dr. Pearlman, also a possibility.*. Clearly communicate the unique, science-backed value proposition of CTI. Qualify leads to ensure they meet essential criteria before scheduling meetings. Schedule qualified meetings for Steve Pearlman to discuss our programs. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and scheduled appointments. (Sometimes) Join Dr. Pearlman on his calls with your leads. Required Skills & Qualifications: Exceptional verbal communication and phone skills. Comfort and experience with C-Suite level executives. Comfortable and experienced with cold calling and lead qualification. Self-motivated, organized, and highly disciplined in remote working conditions. Previous experience in appointment setting or sales in education or training programs is strongly preferred. Ability to clearly and compellingly articulate complex training benefits. Compensation & Commission Structure: Low hourly rate (negotiable based on experience). Commission: 10% per sale closed by Steve ($2,000 per average sale). Also negotiable. All qualified leads and scripts provided; your success is directly rewarded. Important Note on Lead Qualification: Leads must meet established qualification criteria (decision-making authority, organizational fit, genuine interest). Repeated submission of unqualified leads may result in contract termination. We understand perfect qualification every time isn't feasible, but consistently scheduling unqualified appointments will be grounds for ending the contract. ***This is not a job where we want you to get as many appointments as possible. This is a job where we want you to get only very likely converts to Steve. CTI has a highly esteemed reputation that we want to maintain.
