Job Overview: I am looking for an experienced and strategic Course Consultant to help develop and launch a premium online course teaching DTC and omnichannel brands how to sign and market athletes effectively. The course will target brand owners and marketers in the CPG space, especially those selling on Amazon, Shopify, and other ecommerce platforms. This is a high-impact project involving both course development and go-to-market strategy, including setup on platforms like Kajabi and potentially others (Teachable, Thinkific, etc.). Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with me to structure a compelling course outline and curriculum. Define modules, lessons, and learning objectives that appeal to DTC and omnichannel CPG brand operators. Provide guidance on instructional design and adult learning best practices. Recommend and help implement the best tech stack and course platform (Kajabi preferred). Assist in developing course materials and visuals, including slide decks, worksheets, and scripts. Plan and execute a go-to-market strategy to launch the course successfully (email, affiliate, marketplace, etc.). Advise on pricing strategy, lead generation, and funnel setup. Recommend marketing integrations (landing pages, lead magnets, webinar funnels, etc.). Ideal Candidate Will Have: Proven experience launching successful online courses or digital education products. Strong understanding of DTC, ecommerce (Amazon/Shopify), and/or CPG markets. Familiarity with athlete/influencer marketing or at least high-level awareness of brand/ambassador partnerships. Deep knowledge of Kajabi, Teachable, Thinkific, or similar platforms. Strong instructional design or curriculum development background. Ability to collaborate closely, provide strategic insight, and take initiative. Portfolio or examples of past courses launched (please include in your proposal). Bonus Points For: Direct experience in the sports marketing or athlete representation space. Experience launching niche business education products. Video production or creative direction experience (not required, but a plus).
