Friendly B2B Outbound Caller to Engage Users and Drive Platform Utilization (Appointment Setting + Education Focused) Overview We’re seeking a friendly, proactive Outbound Engagement Specialist to join our team and help businesses get more value from the resources they already have access to on our B2B platform. Your mission: connect with business users through high-volume outbound calls, drive meaningful conversations, help them engage with their tools and content, and uncover opportunities for training, appointments, or referrals. This is not your typical “sales job”—this is about connection, education, and enabling success. You’ll have robust support: warm contact lists, VoIP access, data insights, platform training, and helpful talking points. Your results will help people succeed with what they already have access to—while surfacing light-touch sales or referral opportunities along the way. What You’ll Do Make friendly, high-volume outbound calls to platform users using provided VoIP tools. Re-engage inactive or underutilizing users and help them unlock value from existing content, tools, and features. Offer light training or walkthroughs where helpful, and point them to useful resources. Set appointments with platform specialists for deeper support, when relevant. Spot light-touch sales or referral opportunities, and pass them along to the appropriate team. Send follow-up emails that recap conversations, provide helpful links, and maintain a warm connection. Log calls and outcomes in the system, sharing insights that can improve our process.
