Its not telemarketing but we used that category because it does involve making a phone call. This is just a little way to make $20-$75 some weeks and you can essentially schedule some of the calls yourself. You would not be making more than this on average. We make 200+ calls per month for the past 10 years under this program. You are not selling anything. You are making an 3-5 minute anonymous call to a Member Services center to assist with identifying training or knowledge gaps the rep may have. We pay $5.00 each completed call and calls average less than 5 min. Some more, some less. If hired you can make the calls at your leisure from 8-5 EST Tue - Fri. In most cases we will just disable the program during the hours that the service center is closed. The bids and budget are placeholders since the pay is per call. There is no maximum and you can do this for months as many have but please remember it's $30-$50 max in most cases as there is a limit to the number of calls we make each day and they need to be spread over the day. You will be making a toll free outbound recorded telephone call to ask a simple question and see how they respond. There will only be 3-4 questions for you to answer at the end. We do 100's of these each month for our customer for past few years. This question wizard is externally hosted on a Salesforce site which will open in another browser window. The link will show you the questions you will need to respond to and what you will ask the rep when they answer. They are only 3-4 very simple questions with multiple choice. All of the instructions appear each time you run the wizard so you do not have to remember anything, but we are posting a summary below so you see what you are bidding on. Dial the phone number shown when you start. This will automatically connect you with the Member Service Center. It also connects you to our call recording program so we can review call later. The phone system will ask you to input the ID that is on the screen when you launched the URL. Then you just ask them what is presented on the screen. It will be something like 'I am not a member but would like to know how I would disenroll if I was a member?' When the call is completed you finish answering the responses which will include asking the rep for the first initial of their last name and their call center location. You will then at the end tell them you were doing a Quality Review call and where they could have found the answer to your question. This all shows up in the wizard.
