I’m looking for someone experienced in real estate wholesaling who can guide me one-on-one through the entire process — from start to finish — until I close my first successful deal. I’m looking for someone who can help me: • Understand how to legally structure the deal • Know what contracts and documents I need • Evaluate leads and spot red flags • Find cash buyers and build a small list • Walk me through the exact steps to close I want you to take me from the beginning (zero) to my first closed deal.
