We are a Real Estate development team based in Northern California. We are looking for a Construction Manager to help oversee residential projects, mainly manufactured homes and ADUs in California. Job Duties: - Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and clients - Track progress, schedule, and budget - Help manage permits and inspections - Solve problems and keep projects moving Requirements: - Experience in residential construction - Organized and good at communication - Able to read plans and manage multiple jobs - Comfortable working remotely - Spanish a plus, but not required
