HubSpot + DocSign + Contract Database Set Up

I am needing assistance witha. large Hubspot revamp for a healthcare company client. OVERVIEW: We are needing to integrate a Contract Platform in HubSpot, that also serves as an external database. Both of these need to be set up. This probably will include needing to use Make or Zapier. We are also responsible for mapping all new data points in hubspot as well as in all platforms we are implementing. Additionally, we will be implementing separate processes, data points within all systems for a Contracts Team, Legal Team, Compliance Team, and RevOps Teams. - Each has different requirements and needs as it relates to deals and contracts.We are currently in Discovery identifying all these different needs and compliance requirements (since it's healthcare). Lastly, We are upgrading their system to a HubSpot Professional Ops and Marketing. Which we will set up. WHAT WE NEED: I have never implemented a Contract Database of this size before, or with this much red tape. Therefore, I am unsure about the appropriate timeline and costs to list here for a budget range.
