We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to join our team full-time and manage all documentation and file compliance related to our real estate acquisitions. We acquire a high volume of properties each month — 30+ single-family homes — many of which are Section 8 rentals located in markets like Detroit, Ohio, and Alabama. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every transaction is fully documented, filed, and tracked from contract to close. Speed, accuracy, and proactive communication are essential. Important Note: We are only looking for candidates based in the United States. This is a full-time position, and we need someone who is available to work 5 to 6 days per week and committed to being an integral, long-term part of our team. Key Responsibilities: Open and manage transaction files from accepted offer through closing Track and organize all documents (PSAs, title work, inspections, appraisals, insurance, closing statements, etc.) Coordinate timelines and deadlines with title companies, agents, lenders, and internal team Upload and maintain documents in Airtable, Trello, Google Sheets Cross-check that final deal terms match internal proformas Flag delays or missing documents early to avoid closing issues Audit files post-closing to ensure everything is complete for record-keeping and compliance
