About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, systems-minded UX Designer (Workflow & Content Strategy) to lead the effort in defining, auditing, and standardizing user experiences across our platform. In this role, you’ll shape the structure, flow, and language of key product interactions to support users ranging from everyday contact management to advanced transaction workflows. This position sits at the intersection of UX design and content strategy. You’ll audit existing experiences, define and validate new workflows, and bring consistency to terminology and interface patterns across both front- and back-office tools. Working closely with product designers, engineers, and product managers, you’ll help ensure that every screen, label, and interaction is aligned with how our users think and work. As part of your deliverables, you will create a Workflow & Content Strategy Playbook to equip designers, PMs, and engineers to scale consistent experiences beyond the duration of your contract. This guide will document key workflows, define principles for continued application and iteration, and include voice and tone guidelines that supports the product’s growth and usability. What You’ll Do Design and document workflows: Define and validate key user workflows across the CRM experience, ensuring they are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with real-world usage patterns. Audit and analyze: Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing content and user flows to identify inconsistencies in terminology, structure, and usability. Systematize content and structure: Establish reusable content patterns, interaction frameworks, and terminology conventions that support clarity across the platform. Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with designers, PMs, and engineers to embed workflow and content strategy into the product development lifecycle. Establish content guidelines: Define best practices for language, tone, formatting, and content behavior across different user states and product surfaces. Advocate for the user: Use plain language, human-centered design principles, and user validation to ensure experiences are clear, helpful, and actionable. What You’ll Bring 3–5 years of experience in UX design, content strategy, or product design, ideally in SaaS or CRM platforms A portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking—showcasing workflow design, content frameworks, and scalable UX solutions Experience conducting audits & creating content systems/guidelines across complex products Strong understanding of UX principles and how content contributes to clarity and usability Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities Bonus Points Familiarity with Figma, content documentation tools, and design systems Experience in real estate tech platforms or transaction-driven platforms Background in brand voice or editorial guideline development
