We’re pioneering the future of Play-to-Earn (P2E) gaming, blending high-end design with blockchain-backed economics. Role Overview: Nuvo Studios is seeking a talented and experienced Game Designer with a strong background in Unity to join our creative team. You’ll work directly on the development of our flagship game, contributing to gameplay mechanics, system design, and overall user experience. Key Responsibilities: • Design, prototype, and iterate on game mechanics using Unity • Collaborate with engineers, artists, and writers to bring core gameplay features to life • Build detailed design documents, user flows, and wireframes • Implement and balance systems including progression, rewards, and in-game economy • Analyze player feedback and gameplay data to drive iterative improvements • Ensure consistency and quality across game features and systems Required Qualifications: • 3+ years of professional experience in game design, including Unity-based projects • Proficient with Unity (2D and 3D) and its tools (C#, animation systems, prefabs, etc.) • Strong understanding of player psychology, progression systems, and game loops • Portfolio of shipped titles or prototypes demonstrating gameplay design skills • Excellent communication and documentation skills Bonus Points For: • Experience in multiplayer or Play-to-Earn (P2E) games • Familiarity with blockchain or tokenized in-game economies • Passion for racing games, simulation, or competitive gameplay • Knowledge of analytics tools to assess gameplay effectiveness
