Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Construction Trade Recruitment Sales Professional - Raleigh-Durham

We are seeking an experienced bi-lingual sales professional with deep knowledge of construction trades to drive business development and client relationships within the mechanical systems, welding, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical sectors. Sales & Business Development - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market presence in the Raleigh-Durham construction industry - Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and construction project managers - Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events - Present Citi Force's trade services and capabilities to potential clients - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with construction companies Technical Consultation - Provide expert guidance on welding recruitment services including TIG, MIG, and Stick welding applications - Consult on hiring candidates for HVAC system installations, repairs, and maintenance solutions - Advise clients on hiring for plumbing and electrical trade services - Support identifying candidates to hire for duct installation and mechanical system projects with technical expertise - Collaborate with trade professionals to ensure project specifications are met using Citi Force talent, selling trade professionals access to the platform Client Relationship Management - Serve as primary point of contact for key accounts in the construction industry - Coordinate project timelines and deliverables with internal trade teams - Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any service-related issues - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and project status in CRM system Experience & Background - Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in construction, trades, or related B2B industry - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong understanding of construction project workflows and trade coordination - Knowledge of welding processes (TIG, MIG, Stick) and applications and familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, enough to intelligently speak to those looking to hire talent in these trade industries Skills & Competencies - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong negotiation and closing abilities - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Proficiency with CRM software and Google Office Suite - Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for client visits Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - Previous experience selling to construction companies or general contractors - Established network within the Raleigh-Durham construction industry - Experience with project-based recruitment cycles About Citi Force Citi Force is revolutionizing how trade industry professionals connect with opportunities and how businesses access skilled trade services.
