Help Integrating VIN Decoder API on Multiple Sites using RapidAPI and CPanel

We need a developer to help integrate an automotive VIN Decoder into multiple websites our agency manages. The original/existing project was built using a RapidAPI project for decoding VIN numbers, but it has since broken, and we're not sure exactly how/why. The original solution can be found here, and was installed on our sites using an iframe: https://www.oeminteractive.com/vin-decoder/decode.php (it's currently broken, and our API account is currently disabled) I want to 1) prioritize troubleshooting and fixing the original solution, or if that can't be done, 2) implement a new solution that is similarly simple and works across all sites via an HTML code snippet. I have logins to our RapidAPI and CPanel accounts. Requirements: - Implement a VIN decoder using the original API if possible, or a more efficient method if not. - Make one solution which is easily deployable on multiple sites. - Ensure the solution is secure, fast, and user-friendly. - Produce documentation on how to maintain or adjust the API setup. Skills: - Strong experience with HTML, JavaScript, and API integrations. - Familiarity with CPanel and FTP (help us understand what we have vs what we need) - Ability to produce clearly-written documentation. The deliverable is a functional HTML VIN decoder which produces and displays decoded VIN results, and works across all sites it's installed on. We estimate the project to take less than a week to complete, either to identify and fix the existing API implementation, or re-implement it so that it works as it should.
