Hubspot Quotes - add automated fees to template
Our Rental Generators division moving forward with quoting out of Hubspot and has two issues 1. Automating 2 different % fees. We need to add Enviro (2.5%) fee and Damage Waiver Fee (14%) fields on our rental quoting template. We want this automated and so that it is not easy to delete. Fees are a % of total $. Attached is a screenshot of what it should look like (manual add). 2. We also want to change the quote domain name. There are two domains for the company, kinsleyenergy.com for Kinsley Energy pipeline and kinsley-group.con for all other pipelines. Currently, the quote lives at some hs.sites url. 3. When quote is signed, automate a confirmation email to 1-2 inboxes.
