Location: International Salary: 30$/hr - 50$/hr Employment Type: Fulltime Job Summary We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions that solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to build scalable models and integrate them into production systems. Key Responsibilities Design and implement machine learning models for real-world applications (e.g., NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics). Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycles—from data collection and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Optimize models for performance, scalability, and real-time inference. Stay current with the latest research and industry trends, applying cutting-edge techniques where appropriate. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code quality, experimentation frameworks, and MLOps practices. Required Skills & Experience 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or applied machine learning. Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Hugging Face. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and model optimization techniques. Experience with deploying ML models in production using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Familiarity with containerization (Docker), APIs, and CI/CD pipelines for ML workflows. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field. Experience with large-scale data pipelines (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Airflow). Background in one or more of the following domains: NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning. Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
