Develop a Field Ticketing & Service Billing replacement system labor & equipment hours are captured in HeavyJob, cost data is fed weekly to JD Edwards Payroll, and a legacy app produces priced-out field tickets. The goal is to: • Eliminate the legacy ticketing tool. • Automate an end-to-end HeavyJob to Staging DB to JDE Service Billing path, then push PDF tickets to Clearstory for client e-signature and finally invoice out of JDE. • Remove manual payroll file uploads and unwind older JDE customizations where feasible. 2. Scope of Work Work-stream Key Deliverables A. Data-Lake & Calculations Engine • Finish & harden HEET engine for OT rules & unit conversions• Create automated, duplicate-safe loads from HeavyJob data-lake to JDE tables B. JDE Service Billing Enhancements • Custom E1 Form for ticket review: normal, revision, audit-trail modes• SB work-file tweaks, GL posting logic, revenue recognition rules C. Clearstory Integration • REST API to create & attach PDF tickets, poll signature status, update ticket flags in JDE* Error handling & re-try framework D. Payroll Automation Safeguards for payroll-locked periods E. DevOps & Handover • Git-based deployment scripts, unit/integration tests, tech-runbook. Support QA → Test → Prod cut-over 3. Required Expertise • 10+ yrs JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 preferred — Service Billing, Payroll, GL & Orchestrator / Business Services. • Proven track record building custom integrations & E1 Forms: C/NER, BSFN, BSSV, CaféOne, Orchestrator REST • Strong SQL/PL-SQL and performance-tuning skills; comfortable with large-volume data pumps. • Experience in field-services / construction time-and-materials billing flowsi.e. HeavyJob, Clearstory, Enverus, or similar • Solid grasp of cost/OT rules, rate sheets, unit-of-measure conversions. • Able to work independently with minimal hand-holding and meet aggressive milestones. • Excellent written documentation & knowledge-transfer habits. • Bonus: Oracle Certified Specialist – EnterpriseOne Financial or Distribution; familiarity with Azure/AWS DevOps pipelines. 4. Engagement Details • Start: ASAP • Duration: ~6 months – through Oct 2025 dev-complete; support into Jan 2026 go-live. • Work pattern: 30-40 hrs/week with less than 4 hours overlap US Central Time . Remote; Texas-based or US preferred.
