ZOHO CRM Workflow Customization with ZOHO Books

We are a g rowing, healthy small business that has doubled its employees in a 9 month period. We have been utilizing ZOHO Books and then ZOHO One for all of our business needs since 2018. However, we recognize that ZOHO has so much more potential that we have had time to really develop until now. Now that we are growing the way we are we need to work smarter not harder and utilize CRM and Books to its fullest potential to suit our business needs. We currently use the ZOHO ONE platform and mutiple apps within it including CRM for our small but growing business. We are looking for a CRM SME that can help us create workflows and customizations for CRM with ZOHO Books/Finance as well as advise us in areas where we currently may not be utilizing CRM to its fullest potential for our business needs. We have recently set up CRM to begin using it as a tool for our Sales Team. We have found some gaps between how we need CRM to function with Books/Finance and how we are currently set up. We are also interested in some training with other ZOHO Applications as well. Primary focus currently being CRM/ZOHO Books.
