Project Scope: I already have the working code and interface. It: • Accepts Excel files copied from Maryland Case Search • Extracts and analyzes cannabis possession charges (which are always expungeable under current law) • Applies Maryland expungement rules (REDEEM Act, PBJ, Unit Rule) • Determines eligibility and generates the correct court petition forms (PDF) • Outputs structured Excel files + completed forms to a SharePoint-style folder ✅ What I Need You To Do: 1. Package the working tool into a Windows EXE or MSI 2. Make it user-friendly with: o A “Browse” button to upload an Excel file o A “Run” button to process everything o No console or coding required for the end user 3. Ensure: o The app works without requiring Python to be installed o Output folders and forms are saved automatically
