Hello! I’m seeking an SME with deep expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) to help me complete a specialized booking system for a client. This project is already partially built (calendar + forms), but I need assistance adding key functionality beyond the standard GHL features. Project Overview: My client operates a bus adventure service for seniors, offering limited seating for each trip. We need a booking system that: 1. Tracks dynamic seat inventory (based on ticket types) 2. Supports special conditions: → If someone books a wheelchair-accessible seat, it counts differently toward total capacity → If a guest needs a guardian to accompany them, the guardian gets a free ticket but still uses a seat 3. Reduces available seat count automatically based on these conditions 4. Collects signed release forms during the booking/checkout process 5. Keeps everything centralized inside GHL if possible (or seamlessly integrates with GHL CRM/workflows) Current State: I have already created the calendar and standard booking inside GHL Basic booking works, but conditional logic for seat adjustment & free guardian ticket generation is not yet implemented What I’m Looking For I’m seeking someone who can: 1. Advise on best path forward (whether custom coding inside GHL, API integration, or connecting an external booking platform) 2. Implement the necessary functionality 3. Ensure that bookings dynamically update seat availability in real-time 4. Keep the booking, forms, and release data organized for admin & client ease of use 5.
