Maintenance of Existing Custom WordPress Plugin

OBJECTIVE Repair an existing custom WordPress plugin used to display external JSON data from a service provider to WordPress users via a report generation / management UI. Currently, updated data as recorded by the external service provider is not being displayed / transmitted to the user UI. We have several forms set up on the form service provider “Cognito Forms” (https://www.cognitoforms.com/). These forms are filled in by our clients to, in turn, serve their clients via generated reports. All form entry and report generation occurs on CognitoForm's side. Our clients access these forms and associated reports via the UI hosted on our site. This UI is handled by a custom plugin which I have attached for your review. The current symptom is that updates to existing forms / reports are accurately recorded in CognitoForms but do not always show in the reports displayed on our UI. This indicates some disconnect or incomplete connection between the custom plugin and CognitoForms. Your task will be to investigate and resolve this suspected disconnect. You will be provided a staging environment and email access to relevant NFEC personnel (system administrator, UX director) to answer any questions you may have and provide any additional access required.
