Title: AI & Automation Specialist – Build Social Media Auto-Posting System (Instagram + Facebook) Description: I’m seeking an experienced Zapier/Make + ChatGPT + social media automation specialist to build a workflow that will: 1. Monitor a folder where I drop photos (file names will include text data like category, gender, and an ID number). 2. Extract data from filenames (e.g., Category_Gender_ID.jpg → Category | Gender | ID). 3. Use AI (ChatGPT or similar) to auto-generate: o Captions. o Hashtags. o Short promotional or descriptive text (optional). 4. Send the content + image to my social media scheduler (e.g., Buffer, Later, or Metricool). 5. Auto-schedule and post to Instagram and Facebook. Goal: Once I drop a photo in the folder, the system should handle everything else without human intervention. Ideal Candidate Has: • Proven experience with Zapier or Make.com automations. • Strong knowledge of ChatGPT API and prompt engineering. • Experience integrating with social media schedulers (Buffer, Later, etc.). • Understanding of Instagram & Facebook posting requirements and limitations. • Ability to set up basic error handling and notify me if something breaks. • (Bonus) Experience working with image-to-content workflows.
