Project Description: We are looking for an experienced WordPress specialist to fully transform our current website: https://www.proatechnology.com. The goal of the project is to create a modern, clear, and SEO-optimized site that effectively presents our AI-based solutions. Scope of Work: UX This phase will focus on organizing the website’s structure to ensure smooth, intuitive navigation. We'll design meaningful user flows and strategically placed calls to action, all supported by a clear narrative to guide visitors. The content layout and page types for all essential subpages will be carefully defined to enhance usability and engagement. UI The visual layer of the site will be designed to align with our brand identity. This includes creating page layouts for the most important sections, supported by custom-designed icons, illustrations, and visual elements where needed. As part of the redesign, product-related content will be reviewed and updated for clarity and consistency. SEO Content will be structured in line with current SEO best practices, including clear heading hierarchies, keyword placement, and semantic clarity. Messaging will be simplified to make it more concise and action-oriented, while also aligning it with user search intent. The overall goal is to improve both visibility and conversion potential. WordPress The website will be developed in WordPress based on the approved design. Implementation will include performance and SEO optimization, responsive behavior across all devices, and integration of essential plugins such as cookie consent, analytics tools, and security features. Finalization Before launch, a final review of all content will be conducted, along with fine-tuning of animations, transitions, and microinteractions. The site will undergo functional testing to ensure everything works smoothly, and will be delivered for final client approval. CONCEPT A dedicated section presenting our bots – each bot should have: -A unique avatar (graphic) – existing avatars may need slight adjustments or adaptation, but we are also open to completely new visual concepts -A detailed description of its functionalities -On click, the bot's CV (a brief profile or capabilities summary) should appear The section should also emphasize that we offer both ready-made solutions as well as custom-developed bots, tailored to the specific needs and preferences of our clients. Also it is important to note that our bots can be implemented separately or together and they can communicate with each other in order to work more efficiently.
